Step by step to teach you TaiChi 42 forms (standard competition forms) with animation. TaiChi 42 is considered more advanced. It is also the standard Wushu competition form which combines movements drawn from the Yang, Wu, Chen, and Sun styles of traditional Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan). Remember to warm up first before you play TaiChi: Stretch both legs; twist waist slowly; shake shoulders; etc. In this program, my father demonstrates how to play TaiChi42. He is 68 years old, and has played TaiChi for about 20 years. Playing TaiChi is one of his secrets to be healthy. He has a lot of teaching experience in China, Australia and Singapore. My personal experience is to keep up, and you will feel the benefit TaiChi brings to you.
