朱括、罗灵编著的《三力提升的教师教学设计》收录了国培英语教学名师的教学设计，分两部分。第一部分是理论篇，讲述了英语教学设计的几个问题；第二部分是教学设计案例。每个教学设计由 “教学内容及分析” “教学目标”、“教学重难点” “教学过程设计” “教学反思”与“评析”等组成，具有内容丰富、覆盖面广、可操作性强等特点，对小学英语教学具有较强的理论与实践指导意义。此外，北外专家对设计进行了指导和点评，使教学设计更完善。
