刘士豪教授是我国内分泌与代谢学的奠基人和开拓者，也是我国转化医学的先行者。刘士豪教授是北京协和医学院早期毕业生中的佼佼者。以学术成就论，刘士豪的贡献在临床医学界出类拔萃，罕有轩轾者。以他为核心的协和内分泌和肾脏研究团队，在骨软化症的钙磷代谢研究方面取得了长足的研究进展，获得了世界学术界的认可。本书尽可能收集了刘士豪教授一生发表的论文，附录包括了部分教授对刘士豪教授的回忆。
