本书以实践共同体情境学习理论、群体动力学以及相关领导力理论为基础，采用网络民族志和自我民族志的方法，以某网络科研群为个案研究对象，探究我国高校外语教师科研领导力构成要素、有效网络实践共同体特征以及教师科研领导力发展的影响要素。本书还提出了教师科研领导力发展的网络共同体理论模型，该模型呈现了教师科研领导力的构成要素以及影响科研领导力发展的诸要素之间的交互关系，对个体教师科研实践的改善以及科研团队的组织和管理具有借鉴意义。本书适合对（网络）教师共同体学习和学习型组织管理感兴趣的高校（外语）教师、管理者阅读使用。

孙钦美，上海外国语大学国际关系与公共事务学院专任英语教师，兼任英语学院应用语言学方向硕士研究生导师。2013.8-2014.8年获留基委“国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目”（联合培养博士）资助，赴美国纽约大学文化教育学院（Steinhardt School of Culture，Education and Human Develop-ment）学习。主要研究方向为高校外语教师教育、跨文化外语教学等。主持教育部人文社科、中共中央对外联络部、校级教改规划基金及慕课建设等项目课题6项；参与国家社科、上海市哲社、上海高校市级重点课程项目等项目课题6项；参与并获得“第六届中国外语微课大赛本科英语组”上海市三等奖、获“第二届上海市高校教师教学创新大赛”二等奖。近五年，在SSCI、CSSCI等国内外核心期刊发表论文10余篇。
