本书以进出口企业为主体, 以有形商品为对象, 以合同为中心, 在介绍传统进出口贸易方式的同时, 对近年来发展迅速的跨境电子商务也进行了介绍。对传统进出口贸易方式的介绍, 本书遵循循序渐进的原则, 按交易前准备、交易磋商、书面合同条款的拟定及合同履行的逻辑顺序逐步深入, 既能使一般读者全面了解进出口贸易业务流程, 又能帮助从事外贸工作的读者规划贸易流程, 合理规避风险。跨境电商是一种新兴的贸易方式, 但其基本原理与传统贸易相似, 对这部分内容, 本书重点介绍了跨境电商的主要模式、主要平台、物流及支付方式等。
