《轮机英语听力与会话》是根据国家教育部《面向21世纪振兴教育行动计划》中提出的实施职业教育课程改革和教材建设规划的要求，为适应国际海运业日益发展而组织编写的教材。教材分为基础部分和专业部分，并配有教学参考书。

本书适合该专业的学生参考、使用。
