王森林、肖水来主编的《商务英语翻译》是一本力求从理论到实践方面较为全面地展现商务英语翻译特质的教材。首先展现商务翻译活动的宏观背景，介绍商务英语的语言特点、商务翻译的特质，接着结合国内外与商务翻译相关的各种基础理论和应用理论来论证理论指导翻译实践的意义及可行性。主体部分以专题形式深入讲解商务翻译中涉及的招商引资、广告宣传、商务陈述、企业文化、产品推介、人力资源管理、交通物流、金融证券、股票债券、会计税收、国际经济组织、商务谈判、商务信函、国际商务合同等内容，从而使广大读者和广大学生学习和掌握国际经济和国际贸易过程中需要的商务翻译能力。

《商务英语翻译》分为商务笔译和商务口译两大模块，采用英汉双向翻译的模式。每个模块分别由商务翻译概论、翻译技巧和翻译实务组成，笔译实务是按照国际贸易的业务流程选择了有代表性的文体，每个实务都通过案例笔译的知识链接来导入文体的笔译讲解和实践能力拓展。口译实务按照真实的商务情景来设置，先熟悉示范句型，然后通过案例口译的知识链接掌握相关的口译知识与技巧，再通过独立实践提升口译能力。这充分体现了体例新颖、结构合理的特点，尤其是每个实务模块，既是整个教材的有机组成部分，也可抽出单独使用，非常便于课堂教学和学生自学。《商务英语翻译》由王森林、肖水来主编。
