《风景——历史的图像》为个人油画作品集。主要内容按照不同时期分九个部分，呈现出作者岳锋对于油画风景这一西方悠久绘画题材的认识历程。透过作品可以看出作者绘画风格的渐变。早期作品以全盘吸收和借鉴西方经典绘画为主，后期逐渐融入了中国文人画的写意风格，图像趋于简约和符号化，个人风格逐渐凸显。
