《英语口音教程(附光盘)》一书系我中心维和业务教研室朱强教员推出的一本以世界各国英语口音为题材的听力教程。全书共搜集东南亚、非洲、拉美等14个国家英语口音资料72段，从选材、词汇、语法和语速等方面都经过严格把关，是不可多得的英语口音听力材料，特别适合用于国际公务员和对外交流人员的培训和自学。

《英语口音教程(附光盘)》作者(朱强)为中国维和警察培训中心教官。《英语口音教程(附光盘)》从英语培训工作的实际出发，借助在“联合国驻利比里亚特派团”工作的机会，从各国同事中搜集了来自14个国家的英语代表性口音录音，将65篇素材、76段、276分钟的音频和录音文本资料，整理成为本册英语口音培训教材，以满足企事业单位外事工作人员、驻外工作人员，驻华外企工作人员，以及专业臼译人员、英语专业和翻译专业学生等的需求。
