The Phone3 Manager can be found as an icon on your PC's desktop. After you subscribe to our service (you can subscribe by clicking the Subscribe button below) you will be emailed a Server Id and Key. Enter the Server ID and Key in the appropriate field and click update. You may now add users phones to monitor on the switchboard application. Enter the name of the person phone and phone number then click the "Add" button, and follow the onscreen instructions.Once you have the manager configured and added the names and numbers of the people you wish to see in Phone3 switchboard. You are almost done. The last step is to download the Phone3 app to your Android version 2.3.3 and up or Blackberry version 6.0 and up. You can download the apps by clicking on the screen shots of the app below. From left to right is the Android App then the Blackberry App. The iPhone app is coming soon on Feb 1st 2013.It works like this, when your phone is ringing on an inbound call your number shows available until you answer the call. When you dial out, your number is shown as Line In Use until you hang up. While you are in a call your phone number shows as Line In Use. Finally when your phone is idle or not in a call you will show as available.If you do not wish to be disturbed you can press the Unavailable button on the Phone3 app screen on your smart phone and you will show as Unavailable to the switchboard app.To make our Android App even more useful, we recommend you download AutoStart free from the play store. Set AutoStart to load the Phone3 app on device startup.Our BlackBerry app will automatically start on device startup and begin reporting your status.Our refund policy!
