王文化，西安石油大学外国语学院副院长，副教授。毕业于西安外国语大学，英语语言文学硕士。精通第二外语有英语，俄语，法语。1988年7月至2016年6月在西安工业大学外国语学院工作，2016年6月至今在西安石油大学外国语学院。主要出版著作有：《英语假期自测手册》（下）副主编、《大学英语四级新题型应试指南》（中）主编，并参与编写了《大学英语快速阅读教材》《大学英语快速阅读教材修订版》《应用型大学英语快速阅读》《实用英语词汇学》。
