张春柏编著的《综合教程》高级阶段是《综合教程》基础阶段的延续，也分四册，本册为第六册，供英语专业三年级第二学期使用。

本册共有14个单元，每个单元由Text I、Text II和相关的练习构成。建议使用本书的教师在一周的时间内完成一个单元的教学任务。

本册所有的课文均选自第一手英语资料，除了原文偏长需要删节以外，一律保持原文的风貌，尽最大可能为学生提供原汁原味的英语语言素材。
