本书编委会编写的这本《中国海外志愿者（英文版）》讲述了十六位中国前往海外国家服务的志愿者的感人事迹，以图文并茂的形式塑造了一个个生动、鲜活的志愿者。本书是国新办对外合作项目中的一本《中国海外志愿者》的英文版。原中文版已经出版发行，本书稿以中文稿为底稿翻译为英文。翻译中力求保持中文版的原貌，完整的呈现了中文版图书的风格，较为真实的展现了中国海外志愿者的精神风貌。
